How to make a good password and how to protect it?

Well, there is many tricks to hack a password specially email ones... here are some of the tricks tht hackers use:

*Brute Forcing :

is a way to get an encrypted password (also called a hash and use some tools to decrypt it) always try to clean your cookies using it manually or using some sofwares like Ccleaner www.ccleaner.com
and never give a link of your inbox to any one...if he can get your cookies and ip...and use them in his Pc he dosent need a password for 24 hours from your last login...
DO NOT check the remmeber my password box...cuz your password will be registred as a file in the Harrd disk....it is encrypted but if a hacker hacks you or some one get it from your pc then .....u know... there is some softwares to know messenger registred passwords like Msn Password recovery....

*Trojans:

A-infectors:

Some trojans infect messenger files... so when u login your password is sent first to the hacker in any format FTP email even by instant messaging :S , and there is wht is called fake logins tht looks just like the original ones....

B-keyloggers:

keyloggers are trojans tht saves every thing typed by the keyboard with exact time and the exe written in, it dose tht by recording every in put of keyboard and send it to the hacker.... dnt think tht asteriks hide u.. it only hides from some backdoors tht take screenshots fo your screen...lol not all keyloggers are like tht but powerful ones are .....

C-Secure your self:

to be safe u need to get an uptodate antispyware like spybot and some antiviruses like kaspersky, i wont mention other brands cuz i hate them ... also reinstalle the messenger by the newest one....well dnt take the buggie BETAs ....


*Dictionary attacks :

well this is evil attacks, here s an article abt a hotmail dictionary attacks http://news.zdnet.co.uk/internet/0,1...2130689,00.htm, the hacker dosent have to hack u or send u a program he just needs to make a program tht tryies many passwords on every ID.... so u have to make a Strong unknow password....

well it's not the bigger the password the most secure you are
for example:

1234567890 is a vvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrryyyyyy weak password i give it 1/10 of security btw.

L1oV2e is a 6 character password tht i give 9/10 for security where

L1&o9#V4(e.1 will take a 10/10 security against dictionary attacks and brute forcing too...

so include small and big characters like "A c" and also some numbers "2 4" to make it very strong u can add some of these !@#$%^&*()<>?/.,`~=-+_
